The griffin bird thing that I drew the skeleton of is a mix of a lion and an eagle. The main body structure of the animal I decided would be the lion. the front limbs of the animal was a mix of eagle and lion, having the talons of an eagle in place of the lion paws. The eagle skull replaced the lion's and I added some wings to the top. I have no idea how the wings of an eagle are actually attached.
